Sunex 42-pc chrome socket set – 3842
If you are looking to put quality tools in your garage, your trunk or for a gift, you won’t go wrong with this socket set.
My name is Dennis.
I am a Christian, a husband, a father to 1 beautiful step-daughter and 3 strapping young boys and a step-grandfather (They call me “Grumpy”) to a gorgeous step-granddaughter and a handsome step-grandson. These will always be my priorities, no matter what my interests are. That said, I strive to keep and maintain a family friendly atmosphere, so my boys and their friends can enjoy the site as much as I do. (Grand-kids aren’t old enough and daughter has other interests.)
See my home page for more about me.

It had never been wrecked and had most all original parts with original motor, so it is an all numbers matching car, not missing any major parts. It just needed lots of TLC.
It’s been a long road so far and I’m not sure when it will be done but I love every second of it. My son’s have learned a lot as will as myself. This project is about time with family the car is just a by product. It will probably never be 100% done and I’m OK with that.
It was stock, with 71k miles on it. Most of the paint was peeling, both motor mounts were shot, it had been sitting for 3-4 years so it needed a full tune up.
I wanted to build a 1934-36 Chevrolet “high-top” open wheel truck. I found that they were quite rare and usually too far away. High shipping costs and also wanted to see what I was buying were my concerns.
My grandpa always showed me classics growing up, so I became sort of a “old person” at a young age. I fell in love with classics even more when a neighbor stored his 54 Chevy in my aunts garage. I remember every time I went to visit her I would get to sit in it and feel all “retro.”
The body was only in pieces
It had no frame, which meant it was missing everything else.
My wife bought it me for my 40th birthday.
My grandfather ran a salvage yard, so I am going though my stash of parts and finding things around the property that would fit the car, or I could customize to fit the car.
It was a classic mustang. I was looking for a 60s mustang. But I decided to settle for this since it was a classic mustang that runs and drives.
